Overview
We specialize in restored, pre-owned, and vintage electronics, game consoles, audio equipment, toys, and related items—most of which are sold as-is in used condition. Due to the age, unique nature, and potential variability of these nostalgic pieces, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or discovered preferences after purchase.
Exceptions (only if noted in the listing):
- If a specific item is described as new, sealed, tested and fully functional with warranty, or includes any other return eligibility, those terms will override this general policy and be clearly detailed on that product’s page.
- In rare cases of significant misrepresentation (item not as described in our listing/photos), please contact us immediately—we’re happy to review and discuss.
Important Notes:
- We photograph and describe every item in detail, including any known flaws, cosmetic wear, functionality status, or testing results. Please review all photos, description, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.
- Vintage and used electronics can be finicky; what works perfectly today might need minor tweaks tomorrow—buyers assume this risk on as-is sales.
- We test and restore to the best of our ability, but we offer no formal warranties unless specified.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
